Sunday evening we went to see the Austin Aztex play the Houston Dynamo and we had a great time. After photographing Rebekah’s varsity team for the past four months in the bitter cold, it was nice to have the sun shining and a light jacket tied around my waist rather than a parka!
The Austin Aztex will soon call House Park their new home, but since the locker rooms are not complete yet they played Sunday’s game at Reagan High School. General admission tickets means you can sit where you like and we got a seat on the 50 yard line about 6 rows up. A great spot for taking good pictures.
John teases me that I can’t even watch a live soccer game without watching it through the lens of a camera, and while that may be true (ok it is true) I love getting good shots. And this game didn’t disappoint. Here are about half of the shots I thought were good. Enjoy!!!
